Mike Griffis For Ector County Sheriff

My name is Mike Griffis. I was born and raised right here in Odessa. My family is here. I am ready, willing, and driven, to be your Sheriff. This is your home, this is my home. I want to make this the safest place there is to live, and raise your children. I have the energy and desire to be the great Sheriff you deserve. I have almost 27 years of law enforcement experience. 19 years of actually working the crimes on your streets as a Deputy, Sargeant, and Lieutenant. I have risen thru the ranks, to currently be 3rd in command of your Sheriff's office and the supervision of over 250 employees. I have supervised many peace officers in my career and some who have furthered their career at the ECSO. Currently there are 4 Lieutenants, 1 Sgt, and two Investigators, who all worked under my command, exemplifying my ability to be the leader needed to run Your Sheriff's Office. I feel that the majority of burglaries and other crimes can be directly attributed to drugs. Let's work together to get drugs off the street and and the dealers in jail. I am asking for your vote in the Republican Primary on March 1st
